Our menu escape is evolving for 2026! We’re introducing a brand-new escape starting from 3rd of February, curated every two weeks, giving you even more reasons to come back and experience fresh, exciting flavors fortnightly. It will no longer be a sharing-style menu, allowing us to cater more easily to dietary requirements while delivering an even better dining experience. Stay tuned!

MEET THE CHEF
Mathieu hails from the sunny South of France and has always had a passion for cooking, nurtured by his Mum and Grandma. His professional culinary journey began at 18 under the mentorship of Chef Patrick Guiltat at a renowned restaurant in Montpellier. He then honed his skills alongside Michelin-starred chefs like Christian Têtedoie, Davy Tissot, and Paul Bocuse in the city of Lyon, the French gastronomic capital. After years of culinary exploration, he settled in Australia, spending 7 years as Head Chef at Chez Pierre. Now, he has embarked on a new adventure, pursuing his lifelong dream of combining his two greatest loves: wine and food, with the founding of Intuition.
