Our wine list features around 110 carefully selected bottles from the Mediterranean and beyond, making Intuition home to one of Perth's most thoughtfully curated collections. From world-renowned classics to small family producers you've probably never heard of, every bottle has been chosen because we genuinely believe it's worth sharing.
Our greatest passion is the wines of Languedoc-Roussillon in the South of France. While this region often flies under the radar, we believe it produces some of the most exciting, authentic, and best-value wines in the country. Thanks to the close relationships we've built with our growers, we're proud to offer exclusive wines that are rarely available anywhere else in Australia, including outstanding appellations such as Pic Saint-Loup and Faugères, Terrasse du Larzac…
Having grown up in the South of France, Mathieu is passionate about sharing this part of his heritage with our guests. Together, our goal is to make Intuition Wine & Kitchen Perth's destination for discovering the incredible wines of Languedoc-Roussillon, giving this remarkable yet often-overlooked region the recognition it truly deserves. Through carefully selected producers and exclusive labels, we invite our guests to experience the diversity, authenticity, and exceptional value that make these wines so special.

MEET THE CHEFS
Originally from the South of France, Mathieu Wyatt discovered his passion for cooking from an early age, inspired by his Mum and Grandma. His career took him through renowned kitchens in Montpellier and Lyon, working alongside Michelin-starred chefs before spending seven years as Head Chef at Chez Pierre in Perth. Today, he combines his two greatest passions—food and wine—through Intuition Wine & Kitchen.
Joining him is Louis Reffuveille, a talented young chef from Brittany in northwest France. Having trained in Michelin-starred kitchens from the beginning of his career, Louis brings exceptional precision, creativity, and a fresh perspective to our kitchen. He now leads our day-to-day kitchen operations.
At Intuition, we believe great food is never the work of one person. It's built on teamwork, trust, and a shared passion for creating memorable experiences.
